Intermediate Ballet with Patrick (Event Over)

This class is for the experienced dancer who has knowledge of the ballet basics. It emphasizes proper body alignment and correct muscle usage for proper dance technique. It is appropriate for dancers at the intermediate level who want to increase strength and gain a better understanding of body mechanics. You will progress through each class developing core strength, flexibility, coordination, articulation and musical phrasing.
